Network infrastructure
i-Data has adequate bandwidth for voice and data communication. Our networks are interconnected using dedicated WAN links via major telecommunication service providers. A partial mesh topology has been implemented for the WAN with dedicated links for the US and the UK. This network connects to client networks, by maintaining different subnets using Virtual LAN for network security. The quality of our network connectivity measures upto the highest service levels as per international standards. i-Data assures connectivity services by building in redundancy through multiple links and maintains round the clock service network management and monitoring to ensure network uptime. Network monitoring and auditing is extended for both voice and data.

Information Security
i-Data is committed to maintaining client data confidentiality. In order to achieve this goal, we are currently implementing ISO-17799/BS-7799 standards (Information Security Management Standard). This is integral to our values and embedded in our internal systems, where every byte of information from the client gets the highest level of confidentiality and security. This is reinforced by high technology equipment, gadgets and practices that are well above those demanded by contractual agreements and regulatory acts.

Intellectual Property Protection
i-Data recognizes and appreciates the international concern for Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) in a world of interoperable and codependent technologies. i-Data has a clear roadmap to work closely with each of its strategic partners to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence in which it can meet and exceed the requirements of protecting the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of concerned parties.

Business Continuity Planning
i-Data has made elaborate arrangements to ensure that business continuity is assured to its clients under various conditions. Our Wide Area Network (WAN) topology ensures in-built redundancy for all our offices.
